Stagecoach is a small incorporated town in the southwestern corner of Montgomery County, Texas, positioned northwest of Houston between Magnolia and Tomball. With about 600 residents, it is one of the smaller municipalities in the Houston metropolitan area, defined by rural acreage, larger lots, and a deliberately low-density residential character. The area's roots reach back to 1847, when Thomas J. Stansbury received a land grant from the state of Texas.
