About Stephanie Marshall

After 30 years in accounting, I chose to bring together the things I have always loved most—people, homes, design, numbers, and helping others—into a career in real estate.

 

My accounting background gives me a strong financial and analytical perspective, while my education and experience in interior design allow me to look at a property differently. I see not only what a home is today, but what it could become. Having a husband who is a custom home builder has also given me years of exposure to construction and a deeper appreciation for how homes are built, finished, and transformed.

 

Long before real estate, another important part of my life was showing Registered Paint Horses. I was fortunate to enjoy many wins in the show ring, but what stayed with me most were the lessons behind those accomplishments—discipline, preparation, perseverance, attention to detail, and the understanding that success rarely happens by accident.

 

Those qualities have followed me throughout my life and career.

 

I am naturally organized, detail-oriented, and analytical, but I'm also a caretaker at heart. I genuinely enjoy helping people, solving problems, and making what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming process feel manageable. My clients can expect me to be straightforward, thoughtful, and attentive, and to always keep their best interests at the center of what I do.

 

Whether I'm helping someone purchase their first home, sell a longtime family property, evaluate an investment, envision the potential in a home, or find that truly special Texas property, I want them to know they have someone in their corner who is paying attention to both the numbers and the details.

 

Most importantly, I don't view real estate as simply a transaction.

 

What begins as a professional partnership often becomes a lifelong relationship built on trust, care, and genuine connection. Closing day shouldn't be the end of our relationship. I want to be the person my clients feel comfortable calling years later—whether they have a real estate question, need a trusted local resource, are considering their next move, or simply need someone they know will look out for them.
